Litigation
- Debt Collection:
- Creditor lawsuits in court.
- Respond to court documents/summons/complaints. We will file your responsive pleadings and go to court to defend your rights through judgment or settlement ($400 flat fee).
- Ghost writing of Answers for Pro Se Defendants and Pro Se support (where permitted by law) – $150 flat fee.
- Stop harassing calls and letters.
- Negotiate and settle debt being sued in court matters to prevent judgments.
- Sue creditors who are violating FDCPA, FCRA, TCPA, and other state and federal consumer protection laws (based on a per-case basis, often we can get the underlying debt waived if there is evidence of a violation of one of these, contact for more info.)
- Breach of Contract
- Real Estate buy/sell purchase agreements.
- Real Estate Agent/Broker fiduciary breaches.
- Landlord/Tenant contract disputes.
- Judgments
- Privacy-related issues, including Defamation and other civil torts
- Mechanics’ Liens (flat fee – $250 to file the lien, litigation is separate and will depend on complexity – not required that you do both with us, we can file the lien to preserve your rights and you can hire another firm or file yourself on the complaint – we will even help.)
- Note: Time to act in litigation is often very limited. To ensure you don’t miss out on your rights, contact us right away if you are facing any of these issues. Complaints in court have a thirty day window to respond, mechanics’ liens must be filed within 3 months of the last service date – the clocks are ticking.

We currently operate in several states and federal jurisdictions and are expanding – contact us to find out if we can help you. We also highly suggest connecting with your local legal aid to see if you qualify for free or “low bono” legal aid, and if you are facing many debts in litigation, you may want to search for a bankruptcy attorney for a consultation (we do not do bankruptcy and feel it would be unethical for us to refer to someone who does – this should be done independently for your own protection).
